Display posts from a single category in any page, post, or widget using a simple shortcode in Wordpress.  SingleCat results are not paged.
[singlecat cat=(CAT#) level=(public or private) posts=(# of posts to display)]

Example:

[singlecat cat=23 view=public posts=10]
