I found this study fascinating and fantastic. I think a lot of churches could learn from this behavioral study how to motivate their staff members and volunteers.

    Thanks Cathy! I agree with your comment. I should have been more inclusive with non-paid staff. I have a lot of respect for someone who will volunteer without any pay.

    Fascinating. We should let the people in our congregations brainstorm and then ultimately be listened to for ideas to reach the lost.

    That’s a fantastic idea Cindy! Thanks for your input. This is a concept called crowdsourcing. It’s what businesses are doing these days. I think the church is a great place to crowdsource.
