I found this great little kit to help web developers recreate their sites into iPhone format. The templates are already set up. All you have to do is copy/paste your content code and build simple menu structures. Then, set up a separate directory or subdmain on your server for the alternate site. I would use something like http://m.yourchurchsite.com or http://yourchurchsite.com/m
You can download the iWebKit here for free!

On a similar note, there is a very nice wordpress plugin to make your wordpress blog iPhone friendly. Very easy to install, and pretty neat results.

Have you seen this? Very cool. Takes any RSS feed and turns it into an iPhone app. Takes about two minutes and they even submit it to the App store for you.
Would be cool to makes blogs such as this one an iPhone app.
It is still in Beta. They have a video demo on their website.
